CRM Immigration Law
We have a team of Immigration Advisors and Lawyers with more than 15 years of experience in the immigration area in Quintana Roo and Yucatán.
Visa applications can be a challenging endeavor if you do not have the necessary knowledge, if you are not properly updated, if you do not know the location of the immigration offices and if you are involved in immigration procedures almost every day.
Mexico has several types of visas available for non-Mexicans and each has its own requirements.
That is why it is so important to have an experienced immigration law attorney by your side.
One of our lawyers at CRM IMMIGRATION LAW has also been an immigrant and therefore we understand the importance of doing things well and being well advised, so as not to make mistakes that can later be very, very expensive.
The immigration team at CRM DERECHO MIGRATORIO will answer your questions and will be there to help you during the process.
Assistance with temporary and permanent residence including but not limited to:
Assistance with Mexican naturalization for foreigners (citizenship)
Please keep in mind that if you apply for temporary or permanent residence for the first time (without a job offer), the process begins outside of Mexico.
During your consultation with an immigration attorney from CRM IMMIGRATION LAW, we will explain how to start the process, what to expect at the consular interview, and what the next steps are once you are approved.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please do not wait until it is too late to start the procedures, because the response times of the immigration offices in Quintana Roo and Yucatán can often be delayed and you would have to leave and re-enter Mexico to be able to start if necessary. Your tourist visa expires.
