According to INEGI, in Mexico only 12.6% of companies carry out actions for the specialization of personnel, while the remaining 87.4% do not carry out any training process.

One of the bad concepts about training is that it should only be applied to new employees, although sometimes it is not even carried out in these cases.

When a balance is achieved between these five areas, the performance of any worker within a company will be optimal and therefore the organization will begin to see the fruits in its profits.

Training is of vital importance, as it contributes to the personal and professional development of workers, in addition to promoting the identification of collaborators with the organization.
A trained employee will be much more efficient when performing their duties and, therefore, will increase the productivity of the organization.

It is essential that companies take into account that training will provide each of their elements with the necessary tools to perform effectively and efficiently and that if they invest in business training everyone wins.
